AN INVESTIGATION ON HALAL FOOD CERTIFICATES

چکیده
Bu çalışmada, giderek büyüyen ve ilgi gören bir araştırma alanı olan helal gıda sertifikalandırması hususu üzerine durum analizi yapılmıştır. Helal ürünler Müslüman tüketiciler açısından hayati önem taşımakta buna bağlı olarak konuya ilişkin sayısı da son yıllarda artış göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte sertifikalara yönelik değerlendirme inceleme çalışmaları devam etmektedir. nedenle çalışmada; sertifikalandırma kavramının yanı sıra Türkiye’de Dünya’da faaliyeti yürüten bazı kurum kuruluşlar hakkında genel bilgiler de verilmektedir. Ayrıca konu ile ilgili ulusal uluslararası ölçekte yapılan çalışmalar ışığında mevcut durumun ortaya konulması gelecekteki olası çalışmalara destek olunması amaçlanmıştır.
